■Program Operation You can set a maximum of 20 levels of temperature and time range, and it automatically controls the temperature. It supports molding processes such as "carbon fiber press molding," which require temperature control in both directions. It allows for slow temperature increases necessary for "jacket temperature control," precisely maintaining the set temperature, and gradually lowering the temperature. ■Cooling Mode When the operation stops, it safely and slowly cools down the molding machine and molds, reducing distortions caused by rapid temperature changes in metals. ■External Start/Stop It is possible to start or stop from an external source. Start and stop can be performed in accordance with the molding machine. ■Estimated Time to Reach Set Temperature It calculates and displays the time required to reach the target value based on temperature changes at regular intervals. ■Maintenance Alarm An alert is displayed when it is time to replace or inspect the float switch, strainer, or hose. ■Timer Function You can set the start and stop times for a week's worth of operation schedules.
